Has anyone found her smile?
That she lost in the midst of a travel.
I would have asked for your's;
Had it suited her face.
Little can I explain;
How she lost it and where;
Be sure it has a sunshine;
And a dream priceless;
That great ones notice without fail.
I brought those dreams to my God;
He knows it all;through and through,
I am sure he will mend it for her;
To bring back the joy of her feet,
And the singing of the morning bird.

Aft word – Lost smile
Walking down the alley lone,
Maple leaves scattered all over
Misty shadows cast by trees
Chirp of birds, whisper of leaves
At a distance, saw a shadow
Growing silhouette, though mist at large
I could make out, it was her
Searching some thing prized and dear
Was it the smile, sunshine?
Or an untaint’ cheer of a cherry bloom,
Gush of blue stream down the valley,
Grace of breeze, caressing meadows;
Still remember the days; sunshine,
Cherry blooms, blue stream,
Graceful breeze, lush green meadows
Light oh light, help her find her smile…

Finally, here I am, officially making a comment...
Do you have to sound soooo hard on nerves (read philosophical) each time you write some thing?? I mean at this age (Or, are you older than we all think you actually are?) you should be thinking of ways to come across as ‘approachable’ and not scare away normal guys (because most of the normal males at this age aren’t equipped with much logical - or is that illogical - reasoning and would get tensed in the presence of ‘intelligent’ girls)… Either they’ll start competing with you or choose to ignore you… Either way it doesn’t sound good… You are not going to be a nun, are you?

Wow!!! great one... Its a surprise as I didnt knew tht u write so well. wht sreejit has commented is so true.. I've always felt that u'r little too much for normal guys... (No offense) U seemed to be in the intellectual category so normal guys prefer to stay away.
